Attorney at Law
Mario Topchiyski is an experienced lawyer, registered with the Sofia Bar since 1992. Since 2012, he has also been an arbitrator and Vice-President of the International Commercial Arbitration Tribunal of the Association for Legal Cooperation (in Sofia).
Mario Topchiyski holds a Master of Laws from St. Kliment Ohridski University (in Sofia). In 2017, he obtained a Master's degree in Law and Litigation from the European Union, at the University of Lorraine, in Nancy (France).
In 1992, he completed an internship with the Council of Europe and the Strasbourg Bar Lawyers' Preparation Center (in France). The same year, in Bulgaria, he was the founder of the Young Lawyers Association, of which he became the first President. The Young Lawyers Association has become a member of the European Young Bar Association (EYBA).
In 2012, Mario Topchiyski was elected member of the Council of the Sofia Bar Association, whose functioning he completely modernized. From 2013 to 2017, he was a member of the Supreme Bar Council, in Bulgaria. He substantially developed the international contacts of the organization.
Mario Topchiyski is specialized in Business law, Property law (including Real estate law), Financial law, Tax law and Administrative law. He is also experienced in the management of legal problems related to municipal property, administrative procedures of the Sofia Municipality and provision of services to the Sofia Municipality and the Sofia Library.
