Liliana Bakayoko is an Attorney at Law at the Paris and Sofia Bars. She is a practitioner and a law theorist and is qualified in both French and Bulgarian law.
She graduated from the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), where she defended her doctoral thesis, The Legal Commitment (L’engagement en droit), and obtained her Ph.D. in 2003. She also received a post-master degree in Bulgarian law at the Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski. In 2003, Liliana Bakayoko obtained the Professional Lawyer’s Certificate from the School of Professional Training of the Bars of the Paris Court of Appeal (École de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris (EFB)). She was sworn in as an attorney at law at the Paris Bar in 2004. In 2010, she became, as well, an attorney at law at the Sofia Bar.
In addition to exercising her attorney’s profession, she taught law for ten years at prestigious higher education institutions in Paris. She is the author of The Legal Commitment (Individuation and the Civil Code in the 21st Century) (L’engagement en droit (L’individuation et le Code civil au XXI ème siècle)), published by Éditions Publibook Université (Paris, France).
Liliana Bakayoko has valuable experience in cross-border transactions and business-government relations.
